Impressed from the start when Charles arrived to do a quote, on time. He actually got up on the roof to get a proper look, describing with enthusiasm that comes with loving their job, what they can do, what they might come across when stripping the old felt, what can be laid down to give a better finish. On starting the job stripped of the old felt and the stones, all bagged up, and cleaned and tidied away. Completed job looking very impressive.
